If you use an online Calendar, like Yahoo!, Google, Apple or Windows, OtherInbox can automatically add the delivery dates of your online packages.

Yahoo! Calendar
Setting up Package Tracking in your Yahoo Calendar is quick and simple, however you must be using the Beta version of the Yahoo! calendar for this to work.
1. Open “Automatic Organizer” from your Application menu, then select the “My Account” page.

2. Click on the “Copy to Clipboard” icon on your “My Account” page. This will copy your unique calendar URL to the clipboard.

3. Next open your Yahoo! Calendar, by clicking on the Calendar link in your applications window.

4. When your Calendar opens click on the hide/show calendars button.

5. Click on the “plus” symbol to add a calendar, and select Subscribe to Calendar.

6. Paste in your URL, copied to the clipboard in step 2, into the Subscribe to Calendar field, and press Next.

7. Enter a name for the Calendar in the “Display as” field, i.e. Packages.

8. Click on Save, and you are all set. Now, when Organizer recognizes a package tracking number from UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL, it will populate this calendar with the Shipping date and the Delivery date.

Google Calendar
Setting up Package Tracking in your Google Calendar is quick and simple.
1. Open “Automatic Organizer” from your Application menu, then select the “My Account” page.

2. Click on the “Copy to Clipboard” icon on your “My Account” page.

3. Open Google Calendar. Under “Other Calendars” click “Add”, then “Add by URL”.

4. Paste the calendar feed URL, that you copied to the clipboard in Step 2 and click “Add”.

5. That’s it! When Organizer recognizes a package tracking number from UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, it will add a new calendar event for both the shipped and delivery date.
iCal
Setting up Package Tracking in your Apple iCal is quick and simple.
1. Open “Automatic Organizer” from your Application menu, then select the “My Account” page.

2. Click on the “Copy to Clipboard” icon on your “My Account” page.

3. Open iCal. In the menu bar, click “Calendar”, then “Subscribe…”

4. Paste the calendar feed from Step 2 and click “Subscribe”.

5. Give the calendar a name and choose an auto-refresh frequency. Click “OK”.

6. That’s it! When Organizer recognizes a package tracking number from UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, it will add a new calendar event for both the shipped and delivery date.
Windows
Setting up Package Tracking in your Windows Calendar (available in Vista) is quick and simple.
1. Open “Automatic Organizer” from your Application menu, then select the “My Account” page.

2. Click on the “Copy to Clipboard” icon on your “My Account” page.

3. Open Windows Calendar and click “Subscribe”.

4. Paste the calendar feed and click “Next”.

5. Give the calendar a name and choose an update frequency. Click “OK”.

6. That’s it! When Organizer recognizes a package tracking number from UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, it will add a new calendar event for both the shipped and delivery date.
